Psicotime covers the whole routine of a psychology practice: scheduling, patients, clinical records, finance and the applications that bring new patients in. One plan, no hidden modules and no cut of what the professional earns.
It handles sensitive clinical data every day, and that is what shaped the architecture. Records are encrypted with a key derived from the professional’s password, consent and connected devices stay under the control of whoever runs the practice, and backups run daily.
