Sothen turns ideas and problems into digital products, and keeps running the software it has built. The same team that understands the context takes part in decisions and delivery.
How we got here
Sothen started in 2019 as a digital product consultancy. Along the way, its partners also worked individually on product, design and engineering engagements for different companies.
Those individual and confidential engagements are part of the team experience, but they are not presented as Sothen case studies. What we show here is what we can name and stand behind.
At the same time, we built Psicotime and Rastro and took on running them day to day. That experience brought Sothen closer to the problems that appear after launch: support, security, infrastructure, costs and continuous improvement.
Today we focus that experience on taking products to production, from a new idea to software for a company or an existing product that needs to move forward again.
What we believe
Definition before volume
A product does not need to launch with everything. We first define what must exist to validate the idea and create value.
Control without artificial dependency
Code ownership and access to data and infrastructure are defined in the contract.
Speed with responsibility
AI reduces repetitive work. Product decisions, technical review, security and acceptance remain human responsibilities.
Senior people in the work
The partners responsible for a project take part in understanding, decisions and delivery.
