2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp, company, size, description of the idea or problem and investment range.
Application form: name, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and a resume or portfolio link.
Browsing: campaign parameters from the entry URL (such as utm_source) stored in your browser, and aggregated site usage metrics.

3. What we use it for
Replying to your contact, evaluating your application, confirming receipt by email and WhatsApp and measuring the effectiveness of our acquisition channels. Legal basis: preliminary steps to a contract and legitimate interest, under the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).
We do not sell personal data or use it for purposes other than those stated.

4. Who we share it with
Processors strictly necessary to run the website: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), messaging (WhatsApp Business API, by Meta) and rate-limit storage (Upstash). Each processor handles data under its own terms and only for the contracted purpose.

5. Retention and security
We keep contact data for as long as needed for its purpose: leads and applications live in our corporate email records. You can request deletion at any time.
Website traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and data access is restricted to the Sothen team.

6. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@sothen.me. We reply within 15 days.
